The Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Volunteer Partnerships Manager to join our team temporarily, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on your performance and contribution. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in partnership management within the non-profit sector.

As a Volunteer Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing relationships with businesses, organisations, and stakeholders to support W4WE’s mission. You will work remotely and closely with our team to create impactful collaborations that amplify our work empowering women.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Partnerships: Identify and engage potential partners, including businesses, non-profits, and other organisations that align with W4WE’s mission and values.
• Manage Relationships: Maintain and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring strong collaboration and mutual benefit.
• Strategy Support: Assist in executing W4WE’s partnership strategy, helping to secure resources, funding, and support for our programs.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with partners to co-create initiatives, events, and campaigns that promote W4WE’s mission and raise awareness.
• Funding Opportunities: Identify and explore funding and sponsorship opportunities within partnerships, supporting proposal development and pitches.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with W4WE’s strategic goals, programs, and advocacy work.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong relationship-building skills with a passion for creating impactful collaborations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently in an online environment.
• Experience in partnership management, fundraising, or business development is an advantage but not essential.
• A strong commitment to W4WE’s mission of empowering women and driving positive change.
